The New Era International brand's fully Automatic Side Sealer is a rear cross-cut side sealing machine which adopts a professional structural design with front longitudinal sealing and rear cross cutting and sealing. It fixes the film stably through side sealing first and then completes rear cross cutting, effectively solving common film problems such as film deviation and seal cracking during packaging. Machine equipped with a low film cradle with film inverter for easy loading and threading, intuitive touchscreen and PLC operating system. Operation is simple, parameter memory is supported, and automatic adjustment of width, height and sealing line height makes product changes efficient. Supports continuous feeding with unlimited product length; compatible with POF, PE and various shrink films. Perfectly matches automatic assembly line mass production with higher stability and versatility than traditional front-cut models.
