This document explains how information submitted through this website is handled. It applies to enquiries sent through the contact form, email, WhatsApp and WeChat.
Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, company name, business email address, telephone number, country, product interest and the contents of your message. We also record which pages were visited in order to understand how the website is used.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a technical proposal or quotation, arrange a factory visit, and — if you have asked to receive it — send occasional technical updates by email. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry records are retained for up to 36 months from the date of your last contact, after which they are deleted. Technical correspondence attached to a live project is retained for the duration of the contract and the statutory period afterwards.

This website uses only functional storage required to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
